was held on November 18th in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Held in conjunction with the AQHA World Championship Show, this show, like the Congress, offers some of the best Quarter bloodliines in the nation. The sale is divided into 3 sessions: the Working Horse, the Pleasure Horse, and the Halter Horse. The Pleasure Horse and Halter Horse sessions are again divided into 2 sessions each: a regular session and a premium presentation session known as the World Salebration. Two hundred and twenty-nine horses passed through the ring, with 183 of them selling.

High selling honors went to a 2010 bay filly, Blazingly Classic, who sold in the World Salebration Pleasure session for $65,000. She is sired by Blazing Hot, a 2010 AQHA Top 10 Leading sire in 8 divisions, and 2010 NSBA (National Snaffle Bit Association) #1 Leading Sire, siring earners of 38,708 points, 439 ROM (Register Of Merit), 213 Superiors, 28 World/Reserve World Champions, and over $2,600,000. Her dam, Certainly a Classic by Certain Potential, is an Open & Amateur Superior Western Pleasure mare that is also an ROM producer.

The 183 horses grossed $858,350, with an average sale price of $4,690 and a sale percentage of 80%. The Top 5 sellers brought $174,200, for an average of $34,840.

    I love Quarter Horses as they were ingrained in my blood growing up.

    I would love to have been there!!!
